About the Parents Association

We are a committee of parents that volunteer to work together with the Principal and staff of Gaelscoil Moshíológ for the benefit of the children in the school. We organise social & fundraising events to raise much needed funds for the school.

While all parents of the school are a member of the Parents Association, they do not need to be actively involved day to day. A committee of parents are elected each year at the Parents Association AGM (Annual General Meeting).

All parents are welcome to attend the AGM, which is usually held in October of each year. We send an AGM Notice in the children's bags. We recommend parents attend the AGM as it is an informative evening and all parents are welcome to volunteer for election on the committee.

Understandably not all parents are in a position to join the committee. However, any parent that would like to help out at events throughout the year is very welcome. We also appreciate any ideas or feedback. If you would like to get in touch with us you can fill out our Contact Form or message us on Facebook.
